Embedded Service Technician - Halifax Airport Carry out repairs to faulty security systems
Follow up on service calls in order of priority according to importance;
Carry out repairs to defective systems assigned to him according to company norms and standards;
Ensure that the correct recommendations for use are passed on to customers
Ensure follow-up of customer service according to company policies and procedures;
Transmit usage recommendations to customers;
Provide the best service to the customer in compliance with company policies and procedures;
Ensure follow-up of customer service

Produce a report on service calls made;
Manage repair inventories.
Experience in both Access Control and CCTV systems;
Bonus if certified C-Cure9000 and Milestone. Triple bonus if you also have BriefCam certification.
May be asked to repair door hardware / operators.
Will be asked to go through the RAIC process to get access to the restricted areas of the airport.
Will work with IT staff to plan and execute system upgrades.
Participate in weekly meetings.
