As the key regional leader within the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, you will manage a portfolio of chapters, ensuring their health and growth while acting as a primary relationship owner. With your expertise in stakeholder management, you will support chapter leaders through challenges and initiatives. Your insights will be vital for regional and global decision-making, aligning chapters with EO's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with up to 14 chapters
• Address operational challenges and member issues
• Promote growth and retention strategies
• Organize strategy summits and events
• Capture data insights for programming support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in program management or engagement
• Solid relationship-building skills
• Experience in nonprofit or global organization
• Willingness to travel up to 35%
