Become a Cargo Clerk with Calm Air Cargo and provide outstanding customer service in managing shipments in our inbound cargo area. Assist customers with freight information and ensure compliance every shift.

Reporting to the Cargo Manager, this role entails answering customer inquiries and preparing Dangerous Goods cargo. Your skills in organization and communication will support effective freight management and documentation. Flexibility is essential, as shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends according to operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone and meet customers at the Cargo Office
• Provide freight information such as rates and routing
• Prepare and tag Dangerous Goods as received




• Complete paperwork for freight storage
• Conduct morning audits and reports for management

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in warehousing and inventory control preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and multitask effectively
• Valid Class 5F driver's license needed
• Successful Criminal Reference Check required
