With 2-4 years of management experience, you will coach team members, optimize clinic performance, and collaborate with a Regional Coach to achieve objectives. Your leadership will contribute to the growth of our eye care clinic and the well-being of our patients.

• Lead daily operations ensuring exceptional patient experiences • Coach and mentor staff for enhanced performance • Collaborate with Regional Coach on leadership development • Build motivated, high-performing teams • Foster open communication and a collaborative work environment

Requirements: • College degree or equivalent experience • 2-4 years of management or supervisory experience • Customer service and retail experience preferred • Proficiency with MS Office Suite • Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear is an asset
