Contribute to youth development as an Awake Overnight Support Practitioner with Enviros. This role requires a trauma-informed approach to support youth during overnight shifts.

As a Youth and Family Support Practitioner, you will manage individual cases for youth in the Passages Program, fostering a safe and welcoming workplace. Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to maintain effective care and support. A focus on documentation and adherence to protocols ensures compliance with Enviros’ standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage individual youth cases in the Passages Program
• Create a safe, welcoming environment for youth
• Build trust and rapport with the youth in care
• Provide meals and maintain a clean home environment
• Document progress accurately and maintain records

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Human Services
• Experience with trauma-informed and strengths-based practices
• Group care program experience is essential
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Valid Class 5 driver's license needed
