We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our veterinary hospital as a Veterinary Client Services & Operations Supervisor. This is a blended role that combines client service excellence, floor supervision, team leadership, and administrative support to the General Manager.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising or managing employees, coordinating daily operations, and fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture while delivering exceptional service to clients and patients.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital. You will lead front-end client service functions, support daily workflow throughout the hospital, assist with employee supervision, and provide administrative support to the General Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Services Leadership Lead and support the reception team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
Manage appointment flow and client communications.
Address and resolve client concerns professionally and effectively.
Ensure scheduling, billing, and record management processes are accurate and efficient.
Team Supervision & Floor Operations Supervise daily hospital workflow and coordinate activities between departments.
Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
Assist with employee onboarding, training, and performance development.
Monitor staffing needs and assist with schedule coordination.
Support accountability and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
Identify workflow challenges and implement practical solutions.
Administrative Support to the General Manager Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documentation.
Support inventory management and purchasing processes.
Assist with team communications, meetings, and training initiatives.
Assist with policy implementation and quality improvement projects.
