Cascades in Scarborough, Ontario is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a night-shift team of 10–15 hourly employees. You will ensure safe operations, hit production targets, maintain quality, and develop staff.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years in supervision, strong coaching and communication skills, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement. This role is in office on a night shift from Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM.
