As a Clinical Resource Leader (CRL) at MGH, you will report directly to the Director of Mental Health & Substance Use. Your 5+ years of clinical and leadership experience will ensure that mental health patients receive quality care aligned with hospital goals. In collaboration with the Manager of Mental Health Services, you'll foster a culture of continuous improvement and oversee mandatory education for staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement educational programs for mental health staff
• Collaborate on patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
• Coach team members in critical thinking and complex scenarios
• Evaluate staff performance and clinical competency
• Promote the professional growth of direct care providers
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in acute care mental health
• Experience in outpatient/community mental health
• Knowledge of adult education theory and practices
• Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with clinical software and project management
