THE PIG Hotel on the beach in Studland, Swanage is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a vibrant, seasonally evolving kitchen. You will oversee one of four sections, work with local suppliers within a 25-mile radius, and contribute to our homegrown kitchen garden produce.
We value enthusiastic chefs who love quick-paced work and sharing knowledge. The role includes mentoring apprentices and enjoying the personal, hands-on cooking style that THE PIG is known for.
