Roots is seeking a Team Lead to bridge the leadership team and sales associates in our Canada store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support store operations, coach the team, and uphold an exceptional customer experience.
You will lead by example, manage wide-ranging weekly shifts (including weekends/holidays), and help execute action plans to optimize results while ensuring open communication and adherence to company policies.
