As part of Carmens Group, you will join a hospitality family with more than 40 years of experience creating exceptional moments and making every guest feel welcome, valued, and at home.

What You Will Be Doing: As a Banquet Server, you will help bring weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations to life by providing attentive service and genuine hospitality throughout each event.

Your responsibilities will include: Welcome guests and provide friendly, skilled service
Serve food and beverages while maintaining presentation and service standards
Learn each event's menu, timeline, and service plan
Communicate dietary restrictions and special requests with the kitchen team
Clear and reset tables, restock supplies, and maintain clean service areas
Assist with banquet setup and service stations as needed
Follow the direction of the Banquet Supervisor to support smooth event execution
Work collaboratively with the banquet team to anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences
Perform other duties as assigned to support banquet operations

restaurant, or other high-volume hospitality environments
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to assist wherever needed
Strong communication skills and confidence working with both guests and team members
The ability to stay organized and composed in busy event settings
A guest-first mindset and genuine passion for creating memorable experiences
Smart Serve Certification is an asset
Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
