In this senior role, you will oversee compliance across HelloFresh’s Meal Kit and Factor offerings. You will review labeling, evaluate ingredient specifications, and ensure regulatory documentation is accurate. Collaborating with teams in Product, Culinary, and Operations, you will mitigate compliance risks and support launches effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and approve regulatory labeling for meal kit products
• Support updates to Factor labeling and ingredient declarations
• Evaluate menu items and substitutions for compliance
• Maintain documentation and records for audit readiness
• Provide regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
• 3+ years in food regulatory affairs or labeling
• Knowledge of U.S. FDA and USDA requirements
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
