In this vital nursing capacity, you will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and advocate for patient needs. Your responsibilities extend to educating patients and families, discharge planning, and potentially acting as the charge nurse. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nursing assessments and interventions effectively
• Implement prescribed treatments and monitor patient progress
• Advocate for patients and identify their care needs




• Educate families about care plans and discharge processes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Requirements:
• Graduate of a Registered Nurse program required
• Active registration with CRNA is essential
• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification required
• Completion of medication administration and health assessment courses if out of practice
• Preferred experience with RAI and connect care
