Responsibilities Depending on the role that’s right for you, you can expect to: Gain an understanding of various supply chain functions and disciplines




Receive opportunities to build affiliation with associate peers and interact with senior leadership
Assistin the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes
Report findings to other team members and management asrequired
Learn to manage production staff toattainproduction and quality goals
Assistin organizing andfacilitatingteam meetings to achieve continuous process improvement
Organize andfacilitatework team meetings (examples: pre-shift, roundtables, etc.)
Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar program
You are currently a 3rd or 4th year student
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people
Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities
Collaborative team-player with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach
A passion for and a demonstrated commitment to extra-curricular activities and/or community involvement
Previous experience working in a plant is an asset
