Min 7 years SAP HR Payroll/Time experience
Act as the onsite functional lead, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore AMS resources to ensure effective production support and delivery of enhancements
Strong experience in SAP Canada Payroll configuration, including payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and other payroll-related configuration
Experience supporting year-end payroll activities, legislative changes, and HR Support Pack (HRSP) implementations
Provide hands‑on support for Canadian SAP Payroll for both Union and Non-Union employees
Solid hands‑on experience with Positive and Negative Time Management, including Time Evaluation, schemas, PCRs, attendance and absence configuration, quotas, Work Schedule Rules (WSRs), CATS, and ESS/MSS
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to investigate and resolve complex Payroll and Time Management issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement appropriate configuration changes
Payroll and Time Management integrations and ensure accurate downstream payroll processing
Should be able to troubleshoot time related issues
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
