**_Overview_**
We have an exciting contract opportunity to join our global Construction & Infrastructure client as a Commercial Manager.
**_Responsibilities_**
Identify, track, and manage all scope variations per contract terms
Oversee variation estimates and forecasting
Liaise with PMs, leadership, contractors, and consultants on variation impacts
Support cost/budget forecasting tied to variations (works alongside a separate cost team)
Conduct risk assessment on variations
Maintain variation records/documentation; report to senior management
Own the variations management plan
**_Qualifications_**
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
8–10 years construction PM experience,
large infrastructure (rail/transit preferred)
3–5 years commercial experience specifically in contract/change management
Strong contract-reading ability and contract law familiarity
Exposure to estimating and schedule analysis
