Become an essential part of our events team as an Audiovisual Technician. This role focuses on effective setup and operation of AV equipment, all while ensuring client satisfaction in a hospitality environment.
As a Technician, you will report to the Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology. You’ll utilize your audiovisual expertise, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain robust communication with clients on-site. Your role is crucial in problem-solving and ensuring flawless event execution through technical skill and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate audiovisual systems for events
• Communicate effectively with clients during events
• Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain relationships with clients and hotel staff
• Accurately complete necessary systems paperwork
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required, Associate degree preferred
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license needed for vehicle operation
• Must lift 50 lbs.
• Technical Level 3 Certification within 180 days
