CCS is on the lookout for a dedicated Project Lead to oversee the Bridge Together project. Lead the effort to connect service providers with refugees while ensuring all project milestones are met.

In this role, you will provide leadership and supervision over project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. You will be integral in engaging various stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to timelines. Your expertise will enhance collaboration and support for newcomers and refugees in Peel and Toronto.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation of the Bridge Together project • Monitor and address project progress and risks • Recruit and supervise project staff and consultants • Engage diverse stakeholders in project activities • Oversee project budget and expenditures

Requirements: • University degree or relevant experience • 3-5 years in non-profit or community sectors • Minimum 2 years in team management • Robust knowledge of funding processes • Budget management skills
