Richmond Country Club is on the lookout for a passionate Senior Tennis Professional to enhance its dynamic tennis department. This full-time or part-time role requires a Tennis Canada CP2 certification and a commitment to member satisfaction. You will engage with juniors and adults, delivering top-notch programming while taking on leadership responsibilities within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships and promote member engagement
• Lead U12 junior development and high-performance programs
• Deliver adult clinics, private lessons,
and tournaments
• Plan and execute tennis events at RCC
• Collaborate with the Director of Racquets on departmental growth
Requirements:
• Minimum Tennis Canada CP2 certification
• 3+ years coaching experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional Liability Insurance required
• First Aid & CPR certification needed
