Join our team! Woodbridge Pallet is a leading manufacturer of new and recycled pallets, serving a wide range of industries with a commitment to quality and efficiency. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced full time Pallet Builder to join our afternoon shift production team at our Woodbridge location.

What you will do:
Operate pneumatic nail guns to assemble and repair wooden pallets efficiently and accurately
Inspect finished pallets for quality and structural integrity
Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
Work collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced environment
What we require:
2 plus years’ prior experience as a Pallet Builder or in a similar wood assembly role is required
Comfortable using hand tools, nail guns, and power tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and safety
Available for the afternoon shift
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
