This position allows you to support crucial maintenance tasks on the Alaska Highways. As a Seasonal Highway Maintenance Operator, you will utilize a Class 1 or Class 3 license to operate snowplow trucks and wheel loaders. Your efforts will directly impact local communities by maintaining year-round safety on the roads.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow trucks and wheel loaders expertly
• Perform Labourer duties like crack sealing and pothole repair
• Maintain highways year-round in various weather conditions




• Ensure cleanliness of bridges and signage
• Assist with hazard remediation to enhance safety

Requirements:
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug tests
• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Explicit 3-year driver’s abstract
• Previous experience with snowplows or wheel loaders preferred
