Requirements
Lead the front-of-house team with bold energy to deliver fast, friendly, guest-first service

Supervise daily operations including shift coverage, workflow, and guest experience standards

Train, coach, and develop team members to meet Tim Hortons service and quality expectations

Manage cash, POS transactions, and basic reconciliation accurately and efficiently

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant by following food safety and sanitation procedures

Support food service readiness by monitoring inventory, supplies, and reporting low stock

Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to protect the Tim Hortons brand

Follow and enforce company policies, schedules, and performance expectations consistently

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations at all times

Work adaptable full-time shifts including evenings, weekends, and peak periods
