Community Leader Associate
This junior-mid level role requires a highly motivated individual to be responsible to lead the day-to-day customer experience mandate working alongside the Community Leader for a commercial real estate portfolio.In your customer first mentality, you build relationships with community customers, your colleagues, external contractors, while working closely with the Taylor Co. leadership team.
You have responsibilities for supporting the community planning, client reporting, administration, operational & technical, expenses, budgeting, capital planning & execution, construction and sustainability.

You will be responsible for supporting:
Customer, client and colleague satisfaction
Responsibilities towards the Taylor+ Community Plan(s)
Client(s) relationship building and reporting
Community engagement, leasing support, alternative revenue generation
The administration of the community; including AR, AP, financial statement interpretation, lease administration, Procore etc.
Support budgeting and implementation. This includes revenue assumptions, projects, cost allocation, forecasts and monthly performance
Support operating & capital expense tracking and entries in Yardi
Support planning around the community operations; overall community appearance, efficiency / effectiveness of contracts, construction, systems, preventive maintenance, fire & life safety, emergency management, sustainability
Support in the programming of amenity spaces and coordinating events and activations with the overall oversight on the customer experience component
Support the collaboration between different asset classes in the portfolio to ensure a cohesive flow of the vision for the asset
To succeed in this role:
Minimum of 5+years direct work experience in a commercial real estate portfolio
Post-secondary education
Working knowledge of Angus, Yardi, Procore, MS Office and Canva
Must be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of our customers and colleagues
