Project Manager
TRS Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our clients growing team.

This position offers the opportunity to manage challenging and high-profile work while collaborating with experienced teams in a safety-focused, results-driven environment The successful candidate will oversee complex construction initiatives, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive project performance from planning through closeout.

Responsibilities: Coordinate internal teams, trade partners, suppliers, consultants, and clients to support project objectives.

Maintain accountability for project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, financial reporting, and profitability targets.

Foster a strong culture of safety, quality, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement across all project activities.

Develop and implement project execution strategies, work plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.

Review project performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.

Manage contract administration activities, including subcontract agreements, change management processes, and commercial negotiations.

Provide overall leadership for assigned construction projects, ensuring successful execution from project initiation through completion.

Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, schedule impacts, and operational challenges.





Preform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Professional designation, registration, or eligibility for registration with a recognized engineering or technical association.

Minimum 5 years of project management experience within construction, infrastructure, or related environments.

Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Demonstrated success managing project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and commercial performance.

Valid driver's license.

Proficiency with project scheduling tools, Microsoft Office applications, and project management software platforms.

Experience leading cross-functional teams, subcontractors, consultants, and external partners.
