Looking to get the most out of your upcoming internship?
Hatch is seeking an HR Co-op Student with interest in Human Resources for a 4-month internship starting in January 2027.

Reporting to the HR Service Centre Lead, you will support offices globally working from our Mississauga Head office.

As a successful candidate, you will: Support with various HR generalist activities including new hire file creation, new hire onboarding, HR reporting and analytics, HR program and process review.

Participate in the creation of reports and maintain databases
Assist with day-to-day employee requests
Maintain data in HR Information System
Support payroll administration duties on an as needed basis
Other administrative duties as assigned
You bring to the role: 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year student enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business or similar program, or a diploma specializing in Human Resources
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Strong presentation and public speaking skills an asset
Strong MS Office skills with advanced skill in MS Excel
Familiarity with Success

Factors and/or SAP an asset
Competencies (knowledge, skill, attributes):
Ability to learn quickly and to take on new challenges
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Shows critical and creative thinking and problem solving, and brings forward solutions for our clients' toughest challenges
Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and an ability to understand innovation

Compensation: Range: $24.00
- $27.00 per hour

In accordance with legislated pay transparency requirements, the expected salary range for this position is based on current market data and aligned with internal pay structures to ensure consistency and fairness.

Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and location.

In addition to base pay, our total rewards package may include performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and other programs designed to support your well-being and growth.
