**Job Title: Technical Production Specialist**
**Job Description**
This role serves as a versatile technical production specialist who supports multiple production associate functions, including assembly, testing, and polishing, within a highly controlled clean room environment.

The position also plays a key role in conducting working interviews and evaluating training needs, ensuring that new and existing team members meet quality and performance standards.

Candidates use their technician-level education and hands-on electronics manufacturing experience to perform precise work with soldering, microscopes, and detailed components.
**Essential Skills**
Technician-level education with at minimum a technician diploma; technologist or engineer-level education is ideal.

At least 1+ year of experience in electronic manufacturing.

Hands-on experience with electronic assembly processes.

Ability to perform electronic testing and basic troubleshooting.

Comfort and proficiency with soldering electronic components.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.30 - $23.43/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
