**What You'll Do**
Operate sit-down and stand-up counterbalance forklifts and rider pallet jacks.

Receive, inspect, and put away incoming shipments.

Pick, stage, wrap, and load outbound orders.

Supply ingredients and materials to production lines.

Move finished products into warehouse storage.

Complete inventory counts and maintain FIFO inventory practices.

Accurately document shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
**What We're Looking For**
**Required**
2+ years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, picking, or inventory.
1+ year of reach forklift experience
Valid forklift certification.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
**Preferred**
Food manufacturing experience.

Experience with cycle counts and inventory control.

Knowledge of FIFO and food safety requirements.
WHMIS certification.

Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
**Work Environment**
This role is based in a warehouse attached to a food manufacturing facility.

You'll work independently while supporting production and shipping operations.

The position involves regular forklift operation, movement in and out of cooler areas, and occasional exposure to food production environments.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
