**Job Summary**
We are looking for a determined and resourceful individual.

To ensure that any publications, catalogues or other marketing materials that are representative of Patterson Dental Canada Inc. are presented in a professional manner and in accordance with the company's objectives and policies.
**Major Duties**
Setting up a project by starting by determining the timeline
Edit advertising pages for dental magazines, Patterson's catalog and calendar, and Solutions Jouets & Trésors magazine and send them to the printer on time
Assemble advertising booklets suggested by the branches
Translating Patterson U.S. product labels, such as new products
Work jointly with those involved in publications, awards, products or others, in order to communicate relevant information
Give customers and employees the requested information
Communicate with customers or employees to provide them with the required information.

Constant communication with the people in charge of various advertisements, catalogues or others as well as with manufacturers.
**Job Qualifications**
DEC or DEP in computer graphics, or any other relevant experience
Speed of execution and ability to manage stress
Ability to work in a team
Judgment and initiative




Master the Microsoft Office software suite.

Proficiency in Excel – advanced level.

Be organized and have good data analysis skills.

Demonstrate rigor and autonomy.

Strong ability to identify problems and find solutions.

Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written, to be able to perform tasks for colleagues in both French- and English-speaking branches across Canada.

Faire le montage de cahiers de publicité suggérés par les succursales
Faire la traduction des étiquettes des produits Patterson U.S., tel que les nouveaux produits
Travailler conjointement avec les personnes impliquées dans les publications,



les prix, les produits ou autres, afin de communiquer les informations pertinentes
Donner aux clients et aux employés les informations demandées
Communiquer avec les clients ou les employés afin de leur donner les informations requises.

Communication constante avec les responsables des différentes publicités, des catalogues ou autres ainsi qu'avec les manufacturiers.
**Formation et compétences**
DEC ou DEP en infographie, ou toute autre expérience pertinente
Rapidité d'exécution et capacité de gérer le stress
Capacité de travailler en équipe
Jugement et initiative
Maîtriser la suite logicielle Office de Microsoft.

Maîtriser Excel – niveau avancé.
Être organisé et avoir une bonne capacité d'analyse de données.

Faire preuve de rigueur et d'autonomie.

Forte habilité à identifier les problèmes et à trouver des solutions.

Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, pour être en mesure d'exécuter des tâches autant pour nos collègues des succursales francophones qu'anglophones à travers le Canada.
