We provide traffic control, on-street services and signage products and services across Canada, currently operating out of offices in Edmonton, Calgary, Regina, Saskatoon, Brandon, Winnipeg, Langley, Kamloops and Mississauga.

About the Position
ATS Traffic is actively seeking a customer-focused Office Administrator to join our Saskatoon team. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with retail customer service and/or sales background looking for their first experience working within a professional setting.
Our ideal candidate is a positive team player with superior time management skills. Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls: greet and assist walk-in clients, ensuring a positive experience
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers regarding orders, sales, and rentals
Data Entry: Accurately process quotes, orders, jobs, tickets using TCR and SalesPad
Handle customer orders via phone, email, and walk-ins
Respond to inquiries related to quotes, deliveries, pick-ups, and customer concerns
Collaborate with Account representatives, OSS Team, and Leadership to support customer needs
Manage daily and 28-day cycle invoicing
Take payments for cash sales and maintain accurate transaction records
Promote new products and build lasting customer relationships
Support general administrative tasks and office operations
Qualifications
Personable, positive, and customer-focused across all communication channels
Proficient computer literacy with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with solid administrative and data entry skills
Experience in order entry, quotations, and invoicing preferred
Customer service experience and training/ coursework is considered an asset.
Demonstrates curiosity and initiative in learning products and finding solutions
Effective time management and decision-making abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team oriented workplace
