This casual role seeks a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to guide students in a medical/surgical clinical practice setting. With at least three years of nursing experience and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), you will ensure students receive regulatory supervision. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical guidance to nursing students in practice settings
• Mentor and support students during patient care experiences
• Collaborate with Clinical Practice Specialists for ongoing guidance




• Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback
• Manage scheduling for one to three 12-hour shifts weekly

Requirements:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) registration in good standing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• At least three years of nursing experience since completing BSN
• Minimum 140 hours of recent acute care experience
• Previous teaching or leadership experience considered an asset
