Twin Motors Thompson is looking for an experienced Appointment Coordinator to join our team. What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, the kind of Community connection that keeps people coming back.

Make customer satisfaction and sales follow-up calls.

Contact prospective customers and invite them to the dealership.

Provide appointment reminders and information on recall campaigns and special-order parts, with the same reliable follow-through every time.

Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Maintain strong product knowledge by participating in available training.

Complete other duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For





Strong telephone and customer service skills.

Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a professional manner.

Strong organization and time-management skills.

Comfort working with multiple software applications and computerized records.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A positive, self-motivated approach and ability to work toward goals.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Valid Manitoba driver's licence.

Reception, administrative, or clerical experience is preferred.

Dealership experience is an asset.
