Like to be valued and heard by being able to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
Able to stay organized and manage time effectively when working alone or collaboratively with a team.
Key Responsibilities
Offer and explain the recommended services or repairs to vehicle owners
Building trusting and lasting relationships with potential and existing customers
Open work orders and maintain a clean route sheet
Schedule appointments
Answer the telephone
Maintain Toyota University Courses
