Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Windsor, ON. The position involves responding to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing policy information, processing changes, and supporting insurance applications and renewals. The representative will handle billing questions, resolve issues, and elevate complex matters to brokers or management as needed. Daily tasks include documenting interactions in internal systems, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every contact point. The role also requires collaborating with colleagues to meet service standards, contributing to a supportive team environment,



and upholding regulatory and company guidelines.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Experience to support clients with professionalism and empathy.
Experience with Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction, including resolving inquiries and maintaining solid client relationships.
Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar front-line customer-facing roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance concepts clearly and accurately.
Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing client records and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Comfort using computers, CRM or brokerage systems, and standard office software; ability to learn new tools quickly.
Ability to work on-site in Windsor, ON, collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry is an asset; relevant licensing or willingness to obtain it is beneficial.
