As a Safety Manager, you will oversee all health and safety program performance in the production unit. Your role requires you to investigate incidents, track performance data, and collaborate with departments on Safety Improvement Plans. A focus on training and ensuring compliance with mandated safety regulations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Unit’s Health and Safety programs
• Conduct incident investigations and track corrective actions
• Track OHS data and create performance KPIs




• Collaborate on Safety Improvement Plans and monitor progress
• Communicate mandated safety requirements to staff

Requirements:
• 3-5 years as a Safety Manager in production
• Experience with WorkSafeBC claims and RTW plans
• Strong knowledge of WCB regulations and WHIMIS
• Experience in food manufacturing is a bonus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
