About the role

As a Team Lead, you''ll be the driving force behind a team of Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they''re equipped, supported, and inspired to help grow visibility and engagement for the YMCA.

Compensation Package: $24/ hr

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of Brand Ambassadors representing the YMCA around the GTAHelp build awareness and excitement around the YMCA initiatives

Engage with community members to share information about the YMCAEvent setup and teardown

Ensure smooth event operations

Prompt communication of needs and updates to Account Executive

Daily reporting and timekeeping

Previous experience in a team lead position is an asset
