Bilingual Sales Administrator (9-month contract, part-time)The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting Sales by processing and billing sales transactions in order to maximize Canon's sales revenue.
This role is a 9-month contract, part-time (20 hours/week)Key Responsibilities: Review/prepare signed contracts and sales transactions to ensure they are completed correctly and meet all established Canon/leasing company guidelines
Identify instances where the legal department is required to review contracts
Maintain and update the sales log
Enter sales orders into the in-house systems
Process adjustments in the sales registration environment
Participate in Sales Administration projects
Liaise with Canon Authorized Dealers and Canon Sales Representatives to reach pricing agreements on transactions in dealer territory
To Succeed, You Will Need: Fully bilingual (French/ English)High school diploma; post-secondary education is preferred
Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in the relevant field
Basic analytical skills to compare and validate information
Basic process management skills
Basic IT and technical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a robust focus on Excel
Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
