We invest funds for thepension plans of thefederalpublicservice, the Canadian Forces, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police andthe ReserveForce. Headquartered in Ottawa, PSP Investments has its principal business office in Montréal and offices in New York, London and Hong Kong.

Capturing and leading complex global investments requires us to work as one to seize valuable opportunities, in close collaboration with some of the world’s top companies. At PSP, you’ll join a team of motivated and engaged professionals, dedicated to propelling our organization further than ever before. In Budget 2023, the Government of Canada announced that PSP Investments would act as the independent and exclusive investment manager for the Canada Growth Fund (CGF) a $15 billion public investment vehicle that was established to support the growth of Canada’s clean economy and help to meet its national economic and climate policy goals.

Following this, PSP Investments has incorporated CGF Investment Management (CGFIM) for that purpose. CGFIM is providing the full suite of investment management services to CGF covering the entire investment process pursuant to an Investment Management Agreement (IMA).

About The Team CGF is a $15 billion arm's-length investment vehicle designed to attract private capital to build Canada's clean economy. It uses investment instruments that absorb certain risks to catalyze private investment in low-carbon projects, technologies, businesses,

and supply chains.

The CGFIM CIO group is a driving force behind CGF's strategic direction, connecting portfolio activity, corporate strategy, asset management, and stakeholder relations into a single coordinated function. As trusted advisors to the CIO and senior leadership, the team leads the development of CGF's portfolio construction strategy, stewards the Fund's flagship corporate and governance documents, and represents CGF's institutional voice across PSP and with external stakeholders. The team blends investment fluency with strategic communication, ensuring CGF's growing portfolio is matched by an equally disciplined corporate and governance foundation.
