Overview Wanted: General Maintenance Worker for Building Maintenance/Renovations. We are a busy renovations and maintenance company looking for a reliable, hard-working, and devoted handyman. You will be responsible for general renovations and maintenance duties, such as: Door slab installation. Ceramic tile installation. Finish Plumbing. Kitchen and countertop installation. Framing. Light Maintenance work (Shelving, toilet paper holder install, medicine cabinets etc.). All work is in Hi-Rise rental apartments. This is a full time position (not for general contractors). Compensation Salary based on experience and will be fair and negotiable. $25-$35/hr. Mon-Friday. 8-10 hour shifts. Qualifications A set of their own tools. 2-3 years of experience. Their own vehicle.
