About The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent with a Level 1 or 2 General Insurance license to join our team in Aldergrove, BC.

This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys helping clients, building lasting relationships, and providing knowledgeable, personalized insurance service. We are open to candidates at different stages of their insurance careers and offer a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with their personal insurance needs, including auto, home, and other personal lines coverage

Provide accurate quotes and clearly explain coverage, policy options, and recommendations

Process new policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other policy transactions

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate tailored insurance solutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through timely and professional service

Respond to walk-in, telephone, and email inquiries in a courteous manner

Support walk-in, phone, and email inquiries in a professional manner

Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and company policies

Work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional client service





Support day-to-day office operations and contribute positively to a professional working environment

Qualifications

Level 1 or Level 2 General Insurance Licence required

Previous insurance experience

Exceptional customer service experience

Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-service skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in English required; Spanish or Filipino language skills are a strong asset

Compensation: $35,000 - $85,000
