This is an immediate opportunity for a knowledgeable sales professional who thrives in a design-focused retail environment and has a strong background in kitchen and bathroom products.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Kitchen & Bath Salesperson with 3+ years of hands‑on experience. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of plumbing fixtures and related products, along with proficiency in 2020 design software. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating functional and stylish designs, driving sales, and guiding clients through their kitchen and bathroom projects. Preference will be given to Portuguese-speaking candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert product advice and recommendations on kitchen and bathroom fixtures, plumbing products, and related materials
Create professional designs and layouts using 2020 design software
Build strong relationships with customers through consultative selling
Achieve or exceed individual sales targets
Maintain accurate knowledge of inventory, pricing, product specifications, and current promotions
Assist with showroom presentation and merchandising as needed
Collaborate with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience from design consultation through to project completion
Requirements
3+ years of sales experience in kitchen and/or bathroom products (retail or showroom environment preferred)
Proven experience in plumbing and fixture sales
Working knowledge of 2020 design software
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy retail setting
Reliable transportation and willingness to work in the GTA
Ideal Background
