You'll utilize your MIG and TIG welding skills, while interpreting blueprints and fabricating ambulance components. Collaborating closely with the team, you'll ensure all work meets Crestline's quality standards and contribute to a safety-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Weld and fabricate components like floors and bumpers
• Interpret blueprints and job orders with precision
• Buff, sand, and grind parts to finish specifications
• Support quality assurance checks for ISO compliance
• Maintain a clean and organized work setting

Requirements:
• Experience in MIG and TIG welding, aluminum preferred
• Ability to read blueprints to 1/32" tolerance
• Familiarity with fabrication equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of ISO standards and production expectations
• Physically fit for lifting and working in restricted spaces
