As the Community Relations Director at Amica, you will lead all sales and marketing initiatives for our senior living communities. Your expertise in public and community relations will help you connect residents with our unique lifestyle options, including Independent Living and Assisted Living. You’ll conduct tours, manage prospect databases, and produce sales reports to inform strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans
• Conduct engaging community tours for potential residents




• Manage prospect databases and follow up with leads
• Organize and coordinate special marketing events
• Produce reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness

Requirements:
• Graduate of a sales and marketing program
• Experience in developing sales and marketing plans
• Solid interpersonal and relationship selling skills
• Excellent organizational and management abilities
• Valid driver's license and flexible availability
