This role will help translate regulatory requirements into practical and scalable workforce processes.
Key Responsibilities - Research employment and workforce regulations across jurisdictions.
- Support employee and contractor classification assessments.
- Monitor regulatory and employment-law developments.
- Maintain compliance documentation, records, and review frameworks.
- Assist with workforce risk assessments and compliance audits.
- Work closely with HR, Legal, Operations, and Product teams.
- Help translate regulatory requirements into operational workflows.
- Support compliance reporting and ongoing monitoring initiatives.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in employment compliance, HR compliance, workforce risk, or related areas.
