• Coordinate job evaluation processes and maintain databases
• Prepare communication materials for Total Rewards distribution
Requirements:
• University Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum three years of HR experience in compensation
• Knowledge of job evaluation processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS
• CPHR designation is a significant asset
