As a Clinical Lead in Community Health and Wellness, you will report to the Manager of Allied Health Services. This on-site full-time role involves providing clinical guidance, coordinating services, and mentoring staff to enhance health promotion and trauma-informed care. Your contributions will significantly support health services for the Six Nations community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff
• Support culturally appropriate client care plans
• Oversee adherence to health regulations and standards
• Facilitate interprofessional collaboration within care teams
• Participate in wellness program development and accreditation
Requirements:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a regulated health profession
• Experience in supervising health support staff
• Registered Nurse status with relevant experience preferred
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems
• Robust communication and organizational skills
