Job Overview:
As a Server, you’re the heartbeat of Hello Nori. From the moment our guests walk through the door, you craft each moment with care, attention, and a genuine smile. You’re part of a team that works together to deliver a memorable dining experience that keeps our guests coming back for more – more meaningful connections,



unique drinks, and of course, more of our perfect hand rolls.

Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items, restaurant policies, and service procedures
Maintain a smooth service flow by taking orders, serving items, and setting and clearing tables
Collaborate and communicate effectively with teammates and management
Handle guest concerns quickly and efficiently, making sure every guest leaves happy

Requirements:
1-3 years of customer service experience
Experience in a high-volume restaurant is an asset
Passionate about great service and hospitality
Valid Serving It Right certification
Availability to work during hours of operation, including evenings and weekends
Must be legally able to work in Canada
