Account Manager – Outside Sales
Sudbury, ON | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Our client, a well-established national distributor, is looking for a driven Account Manager to grow its business across the Greater Sudbury market. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk account management role. They want someone who is comfortable getting out into the market, prospecting, knocking on doors, and turning new relationships into long-term customers.

You’ll be given the backing, resources, and reputation of an established national organization — but the opportunity to grow the territory is yours. Most importantly, your commission is uncapped. The more business you build, the more you earn.

What You’ll Do

Hunt for and develop new business throughout the Sudbury market

Prospect, cold call, network, and make face-to-face customer visits

Identify and open new accounts

Build strong relationships with contractors, commercial and industrial customers

Grow existing accounts while maintaining a strong focus on current business

Develop your territory and build a sustainable pipeline





Work closely with internal teams to deliver strong customer service

What We’re Looking For

A proven sales hunter who enjoys winning new business

Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills

Comfortable cold calling and walking into prospective customers

Experience in outside sales, territory sales, business development, or account management

Industrial, construction, wholesale, distribution, or B2B sales experience is an asset

Electrical industry experience is valued but not required

Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable managing your own territory
