As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the upkeep of roadways, guardrails, and vegetation, particularly during winter snow removal and summer maintenance. This position requires a solid safety awareness and the ability to communicate clearly with team members. You will utilize various heavy equipment tools and must be prepared for on-call emergency response when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment for snow and ice removal
• Perform seasonal maintenance on roads and bridges




• Set up traffic control for work zones
• Transport crew and equipment to job sites
• Respond to emergency situations as required

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of relevant experience in equipment operation
• Valid Ontario Class DZ driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Capable of working in varying weather conditions
