Knowledge of Federal Express operations and Canadian Customs is beneficial, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver packages efficiently and safely using appropriate equipment
• Lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams




• Follow safety and compliance protocols per Canada regulations
• Adapt to adaptable scheduling and work different shifts as needed

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress
