Hampton Lumber is seeking a skilled Forestry Supervisor to plan and supervise forest operations around our sawmills. In this full-time role, you will coordinate with Government agencies, Indigenous communities, and internal departments. Key skills include leadership in forestry practices and a strong environmental focus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and execute forest operations and support functions
• Manage contractors and personnel for seamless operations
• Oversee road and bridge construction and maintenance




• Monitor and control budgets and compliance obligations
• Drive continuous improvement in wood supply operations

Requirements:
• Registered Qualified Forester (RPF) or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in forest operations or harvest supervision
• Experience in budgeting and contract management
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with forest-based industries preferred
